Refund policy

14 days to withdraw

You can return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

How to do it

  1. Email us at leader0market@gmail.com with your order number and the products you are returning.
  2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the product back in good condition and with its accessories.

Refund

We refund the amount paid, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of you telling us you are withdrawing, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the product or proof that you have sent it back. The cost of returning it is yours, unless the product arrives faulty or wrong.

Faulty or wrong products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund your money at no cost to you. All products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery.
